This term refers to monthly contributions due to ACIRT but unpaid. By way of an example, the JUNE 2010 ACIRT contribution return issued to XYZ P/L is due and payable on or before the 14th of JULY 2010. If this return is unpaid by the 20th JULY it will be listed as an outstanding contribution (arrears) on the JULY 2010 monthly return.
